18K gold Patek Philippe Ellipse ref. 3584-1. A very nice example of the Patek Philippe Ellipse ref. 3584-1 in 18K yellow gold, dating to the 1970s. This smaller-size Ellipse features its characteristic elegant proportions and an integrated gold bracelet. The watch shows honest signs of use but remains unpolished, with a crisp case that retains its original definition. The dial is in very good condition, preserving its clean and refined appearance. The integrated bracelet is of a generous length, suitable for a man’s wrist. Powered by the manual-winding calibre 23-300, this is a charming and timeless example of one of Patek Philippe’s most iconic designs.
