18K Rose gold Patek Philippe “Spider Lugs” ref. 1578. A stunning example of reference 1578 in rose gold, featuring the desirable “spider lugs” and a rare dial configuration with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Although worn over the years, the watch remains unpolished, with a sharp case and clearly visible gold hallmarks, including the Portuguese gold import hallmark on the caseback. The beautifully aged dial has developed a warm patina with minor signs of time and oxidation, while the enamel graphics remain crisp and untouched. Powered by the manual-winding Caliber 12-400, it is fitted with a leather strap. Accompanied by the extract from the archives to confirm its provenance, a true collector’s piece.
