A later example of a gilt dial 1016, this stunning watch features tritium luminescence applied to the indices and hands, a unique detail found on only 1016s from the last years of gilt dial production, 1966/67. The gilt dial has patinaed beautifully from the 3 o’clock position across the dial and the indices have turned creamy over the years. Highly sought after amongst watch enthusiasts, this iconic watch includes the original paper work and box from 1966.
