Case Unpolished and like new case that is hardly showing any wear at all. The gold has beautifully patina'd to a rose hue. The bezel is also in excellent unharmed condtion, case numbers are crisp and crystal clear.
Bracelet / Strap Excellent matching President bracelet with matching clasp code. The bracelet is only showing very very light stretch from wear but probably has only been worn a few times.

In 1956, the Oyster Perpetual Day-Date made its debut. Available only in 18 ct gold or platinum, it was the first wristwatch to display the date and day of the week spelt out in full in a window on the dial.
