The Onyx Day Date - Rolex has manufactured these Hard Stone dials in very limited numbers and due to the nature of the materials we would classify them as Exotic dials. In our opinion they have been underappreciated for a long time and collectors have now realized the rarity of these dials. The Onyx dial is known for its simplicity, its unique stealth look and its minimalist appearance like no other dial. The power of black and gold is second to none and though there are no gems fitted on the dial or case, this is a very glamorous watch We are happy to have one of these in stock again, having hunted them down more often in the past, we can tell you that the market is dry and we only see a few pieces vanishing into private collections, the hunt is challenging.
